When choosing qoroz as your Cycle to Work supplier here's what happens:

Ask your company/employer to contact us to give them full information on the scheme – it's easy!

They don't have to join any scheme or association; they don't have to pay a subscription fee or joining fee; just agree to pay for the bike you will choose.

So, your employer has agreed to purchase a bike through their company (upto £1000). You choose the bike – if more than £1000 you will have to pay the difference – we give your company a hire agreement contract between you and them which you will both sign. This is to ensure that your employer is allowed to deduct the cost of the bike over 12 monthly payments basically, at the end of that period you 'buy' the bike for a token. Your employer pays qoroz for the bike and we supply it to you – it's easy!

The invoice is processed by your employer like any other – they can reclaim the VAT and offset the cost against capital expenditure – it's easy!

The balance is divided into 12 and deducted from your monthly gross salary – this means that you pay significantly less tax (upto 40%), less NI and the company saves on NI too – saving both money – it's easy!
